Tried the mooncake today!! It was REALLY ENJOYABLE :D Felt like we were eating real durian flesh! And the snow-skin was very smooth and the taste was very faint, did not overpower the strong pungent taste of the durian at all!! :D It doesnt stick to your mouth annoyingly unlike some other snow-skins I've tried. There is also durian pulp pieces in the filling which gave it different textures. Plus it wasn't sweet at all!!! :D Really felt like we were eating good quality bitter durian - strong pungent and yummy~ 5/5My favourite durian snow-skin mooncake 2011 (:
