Apple Tart Tatin

The base was good - crumbly and a little crispy. Thick flavourful slices of apples stand above the base, clamouring for your attention! It was a little hard to eat because it was difficult to cut the apple slices without them falling off the tart base. Even if it was messy to eat, I happily finished the whole tart on my own! (: Think liquor, cinnamon, juicy, apples atop a crunchy buttery tart base! 4/5
